If that happens, a local developer plans on turning it into a million dollar resort.<\/p>\n<p>Apparently some of the neighbors do not want to see this progress take place. No one wants to watch their neighborhood transform and possibly become a little too active for comfort, but this thing has to be a health hazard by now. And turning down that much commerce would be silly for the area.<\/p>\n<p>The history of this location has already been lost to the years of decay from the environment.
