The Property Safety Ordinance Enforcement Agency deals with complaints regarding unsafe, abandoned, and/or dilapidated structures in Jefferson County to ensure the health, safety, and well-being of our residents.
The Jefferson County Property Safety Enforcement Agency meets on the fourth Wednesday of every third month beginning at 6:30 p.m. in the Jefferson County Commission meeting room located in the Old Charles Town Library at 200 East Washington Street, Charles Town, WV 25414.
