Shepherdstown is known for being dog friendly but it was great to see town come to life with dogs. Everyone and their dogs seemed to be enjoying the heat of the day. There was plenty of water for the dogs to jump and play in and plenty of attention from people to keep them busy. The vendors had tons of great information and some neat products, I think we need more events like this around the panhandle, what you do think?
